  3. Jim, I WISH I had put together these dishes! I recently went on a cruise and took pictures of all the fabulous food ~ which I am sharing here.

    There are some dishes I hoope to recreate soon ...

  4. I also just recently returned from a cruise and having 4 or 5 courses every night for 14 days was rough going after about the 10th night....but I struggled on in the name of foodism!!!
