0 Barbecue Sloppy Joes - Fast & Easy

I found a homemade barbecue sauce in a church cookbook that was used to glaze the top of meatloaf. It uses simple, easy to find ingredients that you can find in your pantry. Sweet, tangy, with a hint of chili powder, it is a fast and easy dinner to make for your family.

Growing up, when my mom would make sloppy joes, she would ask, "Do you want them Italian or Mexican style?"

That's when I got the idea to use this meatloaf barbecue sauce to make Barbecue Sloppy Joes and we've been making them ever since. It's so fast and easy, and tastes great on your favorite hamburger bun or dinner roll.

I love this Chop/Stir kitchen tool for breaking up ground beef while cooking.  Normally, I'd use a flat, wooden spatula, but this seems to chop up the meat much more quickly.

After the meat has cooked and the liquid fat has been drained, it only takes a minute or two to dump the ingredients into the pan. Give it a quick stir and it's ready to enjoy!

I'm thinking it's a paper plate night for dinner, don't you think?

Enjoy!
