I love large chunks of Oreo cookies in this ice cream.I cut 8 Oreos into fourths and dumped them in towards the end of the ice cream freezing cycle.

This cookie dough recipe has no eggs in it.No raw eggs, no worry!
Uses the same creamy vanilla ice cream base recipe with chunks of cookie dough and semi-sweet chocolate chips...
